RESTORATION
With a broad range of restoration products available to us, we can restore concrete structures damaged by chemical attack to original standards and serviceability. These repairs can then be protected from future spills or ambient conditions with specialty coatings.
GROUTS
Grouts are materials designed for long-term support and precision alignment of equipment bases and skids. These versatile products are also used under structural members and in anchor bolt installations.
EPOXY
These high-performance grouts are used to provide long-term support and precision alignment of machinery and structural steel. Epoxy grout is frequently used in pulp and paper, petrochemical and gas transmission facilities. Featuring high strengths and chemical resistance, these products can be used from anchor bolts to equipment chocks as well as infill applications.
CEMENTATION
Cementation grouts can be used for base plates, structural and non-structural members as well as process equipment. They have the ability to be flexible at all types of consistencies including dry pack and flowable.
ANCHOR BOLTS
We offer cast in place or drill and set anchor bolt systems. Anchors can be cast in place during the equipment base fabrication, but with today's fast track construction practices the anchors are often diamond drilled and epoxied after casting of the block.
EQUIPMENT BASES
Yellowhead Coring & Cutting Ltd. offers a complete range of civil services for the plant owner. We will saw, cut and demolish the existing floor. We excavate, prepare and pour foundations and equipment bases complete with anchor bolts.
RESTORATION
A distressed and chemically attacked pulp mill floor can be restored to meet or exceed new floor serviceability.
CEMENTATIONS
Cementation grouts with mineral or metallic aggregates are designed for precision alignment applications with lesser dynamic loads.
